Important Notes for Operation

1. Nitrogen Seal System

The piston rod is sealed with nitrogen. A continuous, reliable nitrogen supply must be provided on-site to ensure proper sealing and safe operation.

2. Lubricating Oil

Lubricating oil for the crankcase and moving parts is to be provided by the user as per manufacturer specifications.

3. Explosion-Proof Installation

All on-site electrical installations must comply with the ExdIICT4 standard to maintain certification and ensure safety in hazardous areas.

4. Cooling Water Requirements

Ensure a consistent cooling water supply of 12 t/h with appropriate pressure and temperature conditions to maintain optimal operating temperatures.

5. Foundation & Alignment

A proper concrete foundation and precise alignment are required during installation to prevent vibration and ensure long-term reliability.
